These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Promoters University™ (“the Service”), operated by Impresario Group LLC, 1209 Mountain Rd Pl NE STE R, 87110 Albuquerque, NM, USA (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using Promoters University™, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase or access Promoters University™.

  1. Accounts & Access

Upon purchase, you will create an account granting immediate access to the platform. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details and all activity under your account.

  1. Subscription Plans

Promoters University™ operates on a subscription basis (monthly or annual), renewing automatically unless cancelled.

  1. Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe, Apple Pay, Klarna, and Clearpay. You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorise charges.

  1. Payment Failures

A 5-day grace period applies to failed payments. After 5 days, access may be suspended.

  1. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Renewals may be refunded within 7 days of payment. If the platform closes, customers will receive pro rata refunds for undelivered access.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Impresario Group LLC. Users may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose materials.

  1. Community Rules

No harassment, spam, hate speech, self-promotion, or illegal content. Violations may result in immediate removal.

  1. Disclaimers

All information is for educational purposes only and is not legal or financial advice. No guarantees of results.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses or damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

  1. Termination

We may terminate accounts for violations or failed payments. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.

  1. Delivery of Digital Goods

Access is granted immediately upon purchase.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Disputes are resolved exclusively in New Mexico courts.

We may update these Terms at any time.
